V’s Dream Tours offers:

• Island tours and sightseeing experiences

• Private transfers including airport, hotel, beach, and custom rides

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website form, phone, or email.

• A 50% deposit of all payments is required for securing your booking.

• Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

• All payments are non-refundable.

Booking is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• All payments are non-refundable, including deposits.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit any payments made.

• If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or issue a credit for future use.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust tour routes, timing, or vehicle assignments due to traffic, weather, or operational needs. Any major changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the booking process

• Arrive on time for pickups

• Treat our staff and property with respect

• Follow all local safety guidelines and instructions during tours

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
